I just got back from a business trip to New Hampshire where I was being trained on a product that I most likely will not be touching for the next 6 months. The best part: I am not going to pay a dime for the whole excursion.

    I lost my sheet and hadn't been able to print out a new one, but most of my stuff is set up now, so I'll do that... And eventually I too will get there.

    I plan on continuing to do pushups (probably the week 6 regimen while upping the reps week to week) but I just won't be tracking it on my blog anymore.

    The program was surprisingly effective. In 4 weeks I was able to get an almost 250% increase in strength with only a 10 minute workout 3 times a week.

    That's pretty damned dramatic. top
